-reverted back to ice and uranium ore to make deuterium container
-looking for solution to limit processor filling.

-adjusted fuel consumption rate to be closer to vanilla, which is 1 ingot = 5min of 12mw output
-made stone/ice from processor output to Deuterium Container to be 100th less so 1:100 instead of 1:10

-fixed pink particle effect, couldn't locate the same one I had (references changed) and it looks a little different now.
-seems the particle issue is fixed since update, so discontinued working on a fix for the trails.
