• Diplomacy Script rewrite, now works better.

• New additions to the diplomacy script. The Red Duke in Mousillon now knows about his brother on the Vampire Coast and have established a trade route. Mousillon are also aware of the Strygos empire in the Southlands.
• Fixed Red Dukes army replacement script.
• Cleaned up Unbinding effect for Spirit Host, now shares the same effect as Summoned Zombies.

• Added new Faction Uniform colour changes for Carsteins, Vampire Counts, Templehof and Mousillon.
• Carsteins and Vampire Counts adopts the traditional Sylvanian colours of blood red and black. Templehof adopts traditional Stirland colours, and Mousillon adopts Gold and Black.
• Removed Skeletal Horse speed changes.

• Removed tooltip changes for Technologies, they were moved to the Vampire Counts Tech Tree overhaul mod.
