• updated AI confederation script, LLs are no longer available earlier than they would be in vanilla

• Polish for the AI confederation script, added some character teleports for Vlad and his dignitaries so they move to Drakenhof and abandon Schwartzhafen, some further resilience/safety checks, reorganization.
• Minor adjustments to the custom start script to remove some diplomacy changes that are no longer needed due to changes in vanilla.

• Added a couple of dummy effects to the 'Obedience to the Vampires' tooltip to reflect hidden unexplained bonuses from Vampiric corruption
• Added Bat Swarm army ability to the Forest building chain (mimics Flock of Doom)
• Added CAI Personality group overrides for Lahmian Sisterhood
• Tweaked Summon Spirit Host to mirror changes to the Menace Below (Increased Wind Up time)
• Added character teleport to Barrow Legion undo-script
• Fixed Red Duke's lack of mutally exclusive Blood Dragon skills
• Fixed Vlad having a lower Acceleration and Turn Speed value than other vampires
• Merged the Barrow Legion, Bloodlines techtree and Spirit Host scripts in to one file

• Spun off changes related to Necrarch Brotherhood, The Silver Host, Strygos Empire and Mousillon to a new mod Vampiric City States
• Added a new custom start for Necrarch Brotherhood, set in Norden, Ostland
• Merged Bloodline Tech Tree in to this mod and retired the stand alone mod, it's available in the backup folder if needed for compatibility
• Rebalanced cost and shuffled some effects around for the Bloodline Tech Tree. It's still close to vanilla in terms of overall Turns to Research.
• Reworked Terrorgheist Infested to be an explosion instead of summoning bats upon death
• Expanded the factions affected by unit variant colors to include the lesser factions
• Added some missing unit set to unit junction entries for bloodline characters and vampire (shadows)
