-Economy system improved. Now you can build at least one economy building at all the planets.
-Added AI units for the factions Galactic Alliance and Confederation.
-Trade station builded at all the planets with a Starbase Level 3 + 3 Ground structures.
-Sales Market builded at all the planets with a Starbase Level 4.
