Unit changes | (Just making the cow trebuchet perform & handle more comfortable again in comparison to the ol' field trebuchet.)
+ Increased the range (400 -> 440)
+ Reduced the campaign recruitment costs (900 -> 800)
+ Reduced the upkeep costs (220 -> 190)


Database changes
~ Deleted a certain .loc file, as it might have caused incompatibility with other mods. (Lemme know if any bugs arise.)

An error sneaked into the tables. I am about to fix it.
