"Anomaly found" should now use all of the variations

Fixed a typo that prevented "research completed" from being randomised and added a couple of new lines.

Content update! More lines and I FINALLY fixed the bug that prevented some of the newer lines from firing off.

A couple of new voicelines, "pre-sapients uplifted" and "planet revolted" now have randomization.

Didn't think I was going to keep updating this mod, but here we are! Main focus of the update is to add variety to the lines that didn't have it previously.
