added more play area for hole 15

made hole 15 "loops" act a bit different. (easier)
I have seen a lot of players having troubles with this hole if they are not first.

also added some text to "look up" near the end.
Some players did not see the "Thx for playing" on the TV :)

made a small adjustment on hole 19 "The real end".
Seen 1 player in the watchtower that did not roll automaticaly where he should have.

changed setting to spawn a ramp a bit higher on hole 17, same for the event on this hole
