Hotfix:
AI error fixed

Update 0.8.2 didn't pass through for some reason so its now here:
Hero Changes:
Arbalest:
- Rallying Flare now targets heroes individually (this means that afflicted heroes can reject the buff)

Monster Changes:
- Cultist Brawlers buff at low health changed to potentially proc more reliably
- Carrion Eater's Devour mechanics changed to function properly, healing gained increased slightly to account for changes

Miscellaneous:
- Update to the Houndmasters Counter-Attack skill icon

Bug Fixes:
- Devour's string should now display properly

Update (0.8.1)[/h1
Hero Changes:
Flagellant:
- Exsanguinate now deals more damage

Arbalest:
- Impact Bolt now has 15 less accuracy
- Rallying Flare now effects the Arbalest

All basic mark abilities (Sniper's Mark, Marked for Death, Empyrean Gaze and Target Whistle) now have 15 more accuracy

Monster Changes:
- Drowned Anchormen now do not heal as much while a hero is caputured
- Brigand Fusiliers are much more likely to lead combat with Blanket Fire

Miscellaneous:
- Skills that have effects that cannot be displayed now show that effect in the skills title

Bug Fixes:
- The Drowned Crew now scales properly at veteran difficulty
- I was a bit over zealous with reducing sound so laudanum and medical kits are now louder

Hotfix:
- Flagellants Conflagrate should now function properly
- Anitquarian Armor upgrades now require the correct resolve level
- Cryptic Favour now lasts a significantly long time but is rarer to obtain
