Hero changes:
Antiquarian:
- Max level Soul Siphon buff chance halved

Grave Robber:
- Burial Ruse Dodge debuff duration increase

Houndmaster:
- Target Whistle can no longer target the 4th rank

Jester:
- Max level harvest now heals less but can activate twice if it hits both targets
- Finales self stress debuff now scales down with level and starts lower
- Inspiring Tune chance to heal stress lowered dramatically, amount healed increased

Occultist:
- Max level Abyssal Anchor debuff duration reduced by 1 round

Monster Changes:
Viscount:
- Riposte maximum damage reduced

Skeleton Arbalist:
- Dark mark now deals no damage and has a cooldown

Skeleton Captain:
- Ground Pound Crit and Damage increased

Trinket Changes:
- Heroes ring virtue chance increased, stress now requires hero stress to be below 99

Monster Changes:
Brigand Cutthroat:
- Shifting Advance can now critically strike in veteran/champion difficulties

Sea Maggot:
- Disease chance now starts lower but scales with difficulty

Formless Flesh:
- Hearts healing has been increased, speed lowered
- Butts chance to hit multiple targets increased, at higher difficulties it increases allies resistances, crit chance increased
- Head now heals when attacking, crit chance reduced, chance to hit multiple targets increased
- Bone stun chance increased

Ascended Witch:
- No longer marks targets for the entire combat
- Are more likely to target heroes to achieve a resolve check than cause a heart attack

Miscellaneous:
- Injuries and curses now have one (rarely two) possible type for each monster (not limited to difficulty) to counteract a bug

- Life Tapped healing reduced to counteract it's inexplicable bug

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Darkest Dungeon monsters from not having their aura
- Crimson Curse overlay should now be positioned properly
- When diseases/curses evolve in the hamlet they now show up properly in the activity log
- Added some missing strings in other languages (still show up as English)
