Attempted to fix disortion on some sound lines.

Fixed some tracks of audio which were distorted/sounded odd to me during my playtime.

Added these new sounds:

Grenade throw
Smoke grenade throw
Request ammo (suppressed and unsuppressed)
Need back up (suppressed and unsuppressed)

....I think thats all (real hard to keep track when you're constantly in and out of folders and audio files)

Objective Lost
Objective Taking
Objective Taken
Entrenchment Regroup
Command to move to A,B,C,D,E,F,and G (both suppressed and unsupressed)

and others I probably forgot.... lol

Added many more sounds.
