Updated to work with the latest update to the game

Update to include the other default colors -- I didn't realize some dye-compatible hats used parts that weren't Hat, HatBand, or HatAlt.

Also includes lots of comments, since I was told this would be a good example mod.

Updated the mod to account for dye-supporting hats that have yet to be recompiled with Support Textures. Colors are from the Hat Kid defaults.
