Left and Right perimeter walls have been moved slightly towards the inside.
Horse Stables moved slightly near the fences towards the road.
Added more functional air conducts.
Removed a few fences from the roof.

Completed Precinct 17(just realized as I updated the map that I forgot those, whoops!)

Remade the prison from scratch into the v2 of the level editor(+Rattlesnake Springs theme) as following:
- Moved the entire prison souther and stretched it to fit
- Solitary cells moved upstairs
- Created additional gym room
- Repositioned recreation room, kitchen, dining room, metalwork job and wood job rooms
- Stretched the hall upstairs
- Control Room and Contrabband have been repositioned outside the prison
- Theme set to Rattlesnake

Additions:
- Precinct 17 building added
- Land escape(vehicle) added
- Decorational horse stables added

The map was updated as following:

The office area on the second floor was reorganized to implement another set of stairs to that lead to the roof.
Now guards are now required to train on the roof in order to keep peace and discipline inside the prison.
Relax area was moved above the office area.
Placeholder visitors' area was remodelled.

Added more decorations on the roof, now guards like to sunbathe and grill meat in their spare time.

Partially completed the roof.
Now the map has an aerial escape as well.
Reorganized the prison control room area to add a staircase leading to the rooftop there.

Added a few walls to create a new area on the second floor.
Changed that area's pattern and added decorations.
