• Added Base Damage INI settings. Allow Admins to change how the mine to be either percent based or have a base damage output

• Fixed would damage allies

• Fixed clipping issue when someone tried to walk over the mine
  
• Fixed issue when the mine was placed, it didnt place normal to ground

- Decreased the amount of armor durabiltiy lost at each detonation
