Fourth Crusade:-

- Fixed a loophole that the Doge/ruler of Venice/republic dies during the event chain before Crusaders head to Constantinople
- An event for the next Doge/ruler will pop up saying that events are beyond their control and the Crusaders will just head for Constantinople immediately

- AI holder's of the Timurids won't enact the decisions at all
- AI holder's of any of the Khanates won't enact the decision to form each of the Khanates at all

- Fixed a few issues with the Mongol Khanates Formation
- All Mongol Khanates still require the ruler to be Mongol culture and be after the Mongol invasion
- The Khanates now require your realm size to be of at least 50 but you no longer need to be independent or at war to form them
- The Golden Horde is now only formable if you or a vassal holds the county of Saraj in the Steppes
- The Chagatai Khanate is now only formable if you or a vassal holds the county of Samarkand in Central Asia
- The Il-Khanate is now only formable if you or a vassal holds the county of Esfahan in Persia
- The Khanate decisions now have icons

- Altered a bit of the Rollo adventurer code to make it compatible with HIP (Historical Immersion Project).
- Rollo's historical game rule will now spawn him between 891 and 930
- Rollo's random game rule will now spawn him between 891 and 945

The alteration of the dates is to allow no conflict between this and the HIP Rollo. Saying this, the HIP Rollo will always happen before this mod's Rollo, so no conflict should theorietically arise and it will therefore always take precedent over this mod.

If there is any conflict spotted please don't hesitate to mention it in the comments.

Rollo, otherwise known as Hrolfr or Gaange Rolf, the founder of the Normans, has been added.

GAME RULES:-
- Historical will allow Rollo to appear between 876 and 930.
- Random will allow Rollo to appear between 850 and 945.
- Off will disable the event chain completely.

EVENTS:-
- Rollo will only appear to a Norse ruler that is a Duke (Jarl) or higher.
- Rollo will not spawn for Danish, Swedish or Norwegian cultures (which won't appear until 950 anyway).
- Rollo will invade Normandy if it is in a different realm.
- Rollo will also gain a strong claim on Normandy and all counties within its de jure.

- The 867 Rollo exists already and the events will spawn with him so there won't be two Rollo's.

Rurik, the founder of the Kievan Rus and the Rurikds, has been added.

GAME RULES:-
- Added a "Norse Invaders" game rule to allow historical, random and off settings for various Nordic adventurers.
- Historical will allow Rurik to appear between 850 and 875.
- Random will allow Rurik to appear between 830 and 920.
- Off will disable the event chain completely.

EVENTS:-
- Rurik will only appear to a Norse ruler that is a Duke (Jarl) or higher.
- Rurik will not spawn for Danish, Swedish or Norwegian cultures (which won't appear until 950 anyway).
- Rurik will invade Beloozero, Novgorod or Tver depending on his choice and if they are in a different realm.
- Will spawn between 10k and 15k troops for initial invasions of neighbouring Rus tribes.
- Rurik will also gain a strong claim on Novogorod to reflect its historical significance to him and the Rurikids.
