Fixed Scone torch effect not having a localization
Added string for missing Sconce investigation
Added string for mission Crate investigation
Reduced Crate chance to be even rarer. Even with a rarity of 2 I some how found 4 in one mission
Added torch to occult scralings in the warrens: stress releif

Developer notes: I generally added more stress releif options to a few curios. So you could in theory run more non-stress healer parties and be off better due to having other options for stress relief.
