- Added cover to mid to block vision from CT Mid to T-Spawn

- Moved Terrorist and Counter-Terrorist spawns to give counter-terrorists more time to reach MID
- Added more spawn points for both teams
- Fixed terrorists sometimes spawning in skybox
- Fixed the window not properly rendering the other side
