• Fixed configurable speed.
  
• Drop speed was also probably bugged. Now fixed.

• Removed delay for setting rope length on projectile. Hopefully this fixes the bad user experience with the latest update.
  
• Added GrappleSpeed config, which multiplies the speed of the grapple projectile. Default is 1.
  
• Reset grapple projectile speed to the default of the vanilla grapple.

Changed how ammo and reloads are handled to hopefully fix lag-possible grapple bug.

Reduced Pull and Release speeds. Now it'll only kill you while parachuting if you pull straight down. Also, a little tug won't give you enough force to clear a redwood.
