-Fixed the gattling ammo issue.
-Nerfed ratling accuracy
-Nerfed the rat swarm melee attack (halved), buffed the upkeep.

Quick version update to remove the out-of-date warning.
Also adds the units to clan skryre in custom battles.
I honestly believe I also made a slight change to jezzails's stats, but I did that so long ago that I forgot. oof.

Slight nerfs to jezzails.
- Increased reload time
- Slightly decreased collision radius
- Slightly less damage

Buffs to Skavencopters
- Increased melee defense 4->8
- Slight increase to health
- Bombs now do slightly more damage.
- Slightly increased accuracy.
