- Fixed a bug causing you to stand up after treating yourself / being treated.

- Made dragging/carrying more tolerant against network delays when operating in a laggy / congested network environment. However you should also be careful yourself not to stop dragging / carrying someone too soon after starting it if you also usually have lag.

UPDATED to ACE3 v3.13.0

* Hunter'z additions and modifications to the ACE Medical system have been rewritten or refactored, and reimplemented into the new version of ACE3 which includes the much anticipated medical rewrite.

THIS REIMPLEMENTATION HAS NOT YET BEEN TESTED.
