- Updated to ACE v3.15.2

- Advanced Fatigue: Made medical conditions (pain & blood volume) and hot weather more noticeably affect stamina.
- Advanced Fatigue: Disabled long-term stamina effect. Total stamina "capacity" will be constant and no longer drain over time.
- Advanced Fatigue: Modified animation duty factors. Movement while prone will drain stamina quite a lot less.

- Medical: Updated conditions with very low HR.
- Medical: Pain will be a lot more persistent and won't go away on its own in just a few minutes anymore.
- Medical: Modified medication parameters. Morphine effect on BP should hopefully be more reasonable now. It will also stay in the system for much longer and take slightly longer to reach its peak effect. Epinephrine will also take a little longer to reach peak effect and stay in the system noticeably longer.
