- Fix Kasami AI and other Chiyukitalian leader which she will declare war without using Surprise War function to work anymore and she will often to Declare War of Territorial Expansion or Declare War of Retribution, while Peon prefer Colonial War and Protectorate War, Aiko prefer Liberation and Reconquest War and Niwa prefer Golden Age War and Ideological War.
- Add Buff when play as Star Conflict's George Lucas when denouncing Kasami which will not get these penalties.
