UPDATED! Finally got off my ass and finished re-implementing the per-potion settings.
This new version is a complete recreation of the original (there shouldn't be any issues though) that eliminates a bunch of accidental alterations in the original and fixes a 'glitch' where I had accidentally flagged FoodMead with Alduin's storm-call effect for... interesting results.
