Equipped Repeater Riflemen with faster burning powder, Minié ball ammunition, and improved long range sights. They're pretty much snipers now, but I cut down their hit points.
+range, +damage, -health, -contact effect.

Also updated health of cavalry units to be closer to other cavalry units.
