-Added "Plated Drifter Pants" to the mix of several units

Added and changed the following:
Esata The Stone Golem:
-Removed Blackened Chain Shirt
-Added Blackened Chainmail
-Added Armored Rags (colored)

Mukai of the Mountain:
-Added Blackened Chainmail
-Added Armored Rags (colored)

Hundred Guardian:
-Can spawn with either a Plank or Exile Plank or Fragment Axe

Five Invincibles:
-Can spawn with either a Plank or Exile Plank or Fragment Axe

Kamikaze:
-Chest is randomized and they are not guaranteed to have armor at all.
-Shirt is randomized and they are not guaranteed to have one at all.
-Pants are randomized, but they are guaranteed to have a pair.
-Hats are randomized and they are not guaranteed to have one at all.
