- Fixed issue with the sneaky skaven dilemma not working for clan pestilence.
- The probability of triggering the sneaky skaven mechanic now depends on the number of skaven clans left and the number of abandoned regions.
- Added a message if AI skaven clans take over a ruin with the sneaky skaven mechanic (to connect the player more with the mechanic).
