* Updated for compatibility with latest DLC.
* Bug still present with placement in 2nd and 3rd ring. Not sure that is something I can fix at the moment.

Initial Release
  • Downtown district available at Industrialization.
  • Yields base +3 base Housing.
  • Bonus yields for most adjacent districts.
  • Bonus Air Slots and Amenities if adjacent to Aerodrome or Entertainment Complex.
  • Has maintenance cost and trade routes incur a Gold penalty.
  • BUG - 3D assets do not appear when placed on the 2nd or 3rd ring beyond the adjacent ring to City Center. I'm testing things, but it doesn't look promising right now.
  • BUG - May occasionally not appear even when next to City Center but this seems very rare.
