added EMD extended cab for 'brick' dual stand

• fixed sd9 ph4 inverted normals
• added an entire mesh i fucking forgot on the sd9 ph4
• rejigged the .qc so the models behave properly with bodygroups in e2
• edited mars light model because it was Wrong. i am a Fool for assuming EMD did literally anything normally on these godforsaken locomotives
• blew up malaysia
