Town event image should be shown now.
Dealy shot: crit decreased to 10(18) at lvl1(5); base atk decreased at lvl1(5) to 95(115) .
Bodkin bolt: DMG modifier now -25%. Protection debuff now at lvl1 -30 (base 100); lvl5 -55(base 140)
Quicksilver: base atk 90 (lvl1), blight base chance 105(old=110) dotPoison on lvl 5 now 4(old=5).
Trinkets balanced:
Persecutor ring now gains +3 SPD/ -2 DODGE
Templar goblet: +35 virtue/-15 stress damage / -10% DMG
Permission for eliminating: +25% DMG/+7 ACC/+ 5 CRT/ +15 stress damage/ -30% receiving heal
