Mod rebuilt from scratch!

  • New character models.
  • New skill trees.
  • New faction effects.
  • Ice magic for Katarin.
  • Boat mechanic for Edward. (will probably enchance it more in the future.)
  • Revised Mad Count's insanity system and it's now similar to Harkon's system.
  • Mad Count might sound insane in the diplomacy screen and that's completely intended.
