dark elves colors !

- LOKHIR faction is now dark blue + white pink (more "sea like")

=> "HAG GRAEF" gets white-mauve and white-pink units uniforms (unified colors with witch hairs and "false white" style)

NOTE:
- this change was in mind for a long time, the idea was to make secondary color pretty much like witch elves hair colors (= united hairs colors as a full white-pink style)
- also applying a primary color close to a white-bridal style (especially for sorceress ladies as white-mauve looks nice on them)
- this primary white-mauve color is also close to a cpecific color from my own roleplays in my own created world, using altered platinum (long story including "warad")

=> new screen in mod's screens to show some hag graef uniform's colors

=> corrected inconsistencies from mod's description (like some minor changes which are now deleted since lastest patch)

unique vampire coast admiral from techs update !

=> vampirate admiral techs:
male 1 and male 2 = ghost ship , male 3 = harkon ship , female (changed look) = cylostra ship

(it adds variety and uniqueness without breaking the view + tied to my own tastes)
