Fixes:
--- Global Mingsplosion option (make all countries release all the subjects) should be updated.
There wasn't much difference anyway.

New Options (all under 12. New Options menu):
--- (ET) Change Culture: Israeli
Remember that this just changes the country's primary culture and not any provinces, either use the [1. Culturise all owned provices] option or console commands to change specific provinces to the culture.
--- Activate all modifiers (Use at own risk) & Deactivate all modifiers
Activates all the options in the 10. All Modifiers List. This option was made using excel so if there are any negative modifiers in the 216 long list of modifiers they weren't excluded. Deactivate all modifiers clears all the modifiers, wait one month for all effects to disappear.
