another try to lower Spawnrates of Alphas in General. specially look for mantis and kapros if they are not that many overspawning as few hours ago then i know what to do if they are still overspawning i have too look further into it again fingers crossed. Wild Dino wipe as always recommended

I Reworked All the Dino Spawns i hope this fixes the overspawning i cant confirm that tho it may even have made it worse we will see but don't worry im working on it please do a wild dino wipe Thank you for feedback and understanding
