Added some new features like a cannon dice roller. Removed some older items (kept on "Old Stuff" bag). Added loot cards and a lighting control card to DM section

Changed the outer table leaves to better match the table. Add a new area of effect tool as well

Changed the Dice Towers to some more interesting ones. You can still find the old one in a bag at the far end of the table near the initiative bar. I also updated the clock to reflect the correct time (EST anyhow)
