Reduced number of encounters by 2-3 in the Scarlet Ruins Maps.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Add Clair's journal fix and place at bottom of load order to help resolve missing journal pages. Also helps with uninstalling certain mods from saves.

Horrific Affix reworked to remove issues. Now applies horrific when attacked instead of on death. Reduced chance.
