New try to fix dragon problem at the water

because of very high lvl spawn of bosses and custom dino's, i reduce to halp the level weights (except bone creatures). Tek replicator can be unlocked manually and craft at ADO Workbench (i hope)

Added missed flak (metal) chestpiece to ADO Workbench, Added smallest version of Tek Replicator for testing, Alpha rex have now only 3 attacks and i hope to not missing attacks anymore

Changes at all bosses and custom dino spawn levels (is increased), changed drops of some dinos, fixes for all wyverns (Megawyverns now are bosses and can't be tamed), added unbreakable flak armor (same stats like original, but haven't durability).
