- General:
Renamed "helper functions.lua" to "strawpack helper functions.lua" and "data loader and saver.lua" to "strawpack data loader and saver.lua".

- Familiar Doll:
Added Death's List (from Booster #4) to Death.

- Mystery Egg:
Added some Booster Pack #4's enemies: Fistuloid, Gush and Tar Boy.

- Fly Mod:
Fixed Orbit Layer bug where the fly would be stuck in place after spawning.

Added compatibility with External Item Descriptions mod.
