Fixed some texture issues on the Tiranoc and Ilthimar Chariot crews,

Update:
-removed modifications on heroes (will create a seperate mod for that
-added new custom helmets to Silverin Guard
-added unique looks for Mistwalkers
-added more female faces
-both Ithilmar and Tiranoc Chariots now display Tiranoc heraldry
-slightly tweaked the look of Rangers, removing some colors to effectively add more white

-added female soldiers
-changed griffon mount for the princess to the Mistwalker griffon to set her apart from the Prince's griffon
-longer spears for standard spearmen
-changed reavers back to their original torsos (sans shoulderpads)
-slightly tweaked the colourscheme of dragon princes
-Eagle Claws now come in the colours of the Sea Guard

-Imrik's faction follows a slightly tweaked version of the Caledor colourscheme
-Added custom shields to Silverin Guard, Faithbearers and Sentinels and tweaked their colourschemes
-Gave Stormwing yellow forelegs to better resemble the TT model
-Gave Imrik dark hair for the same reason
-War Lions and WL chariot follow Chrace's colourscheme
-Fixed the plumes on the Puremane company
-Restored the Lothern Seaguard's original colourscheme

-Replaced shield textures with higher res versions
-added unit cards for the various Silver Helm and spearmen variants
-added unti cards for the various Legendary Lords
-recoloured the Pridemane Company RoR to blue (representing service for Finubar) to differentiate them from the regular White Lions
