small tweak !

reduced the GREENSKINS BONUS to +50% as their tech tree is REALLY fast (balance purpose !)

WAAAGH! patch update !

=> lowered greenskins bonus from 150% to 100% (they have less techs now and access them from start !)

improvements !

=> upgraded the mod allowing most factions to get most of their techs around turn 90

=> description of teh mod reworked

=> dwarves and tomb kings moved to +100% (from +50%)

(dwarves can easily get research bonus from characters, the other dont need much more bonus considering the way they are designed)

=> bretonnians, greenskins, helves, skavens, lizards improved to +150% (from +100%)

(most of them need buildings first and got a fair amount of techs to get, some of the races like high elves got some good research bonus from characters but harder to get)

=> chaos, vampcounts, delves, vampcoast improved to +200% (from +50%)

(chaos (including AI late game invasion) needs a good boost to get all its advantages, it also allows some "slower starting" factions to still get techs advancing and not be too late)

*NOTE* the bonus have now a low chance to go any higher, they were tested for a fair time

=> untouched: welves, beasts, rogues stay at +50% and empire, norsca stay at +100%

(not much bonus needed considering the way these races are designed)

=> VAMPIRE COASTS get +150% bonus now (same treatment as vampires)

=> rewritten the full mod's description to be easier to read and be more accurate

=> tweak on mod's image to show that AI is using the bonus too
