Added pikemen having pikes even if not in formation. Pikemen don't lose their pikes.
Although they can be used as general unit, they are missing classic unit now, will be fixed with next update as I will make new general unit altogether.

More balancing and fixed issues, now Thurn Infantry able to be general bodyguard unit, added work in progress Titans.
