Added a merchant called Dianne in Fort Joy, and in the Lady Vengance by the ropes right after you go down the stairs.

Fixed a few bugs, and changed Resusitation to instead have a very long CD instead of costing Source Points.

This keeps the idea I orignally had for it as a one time use in combat, or if a really long fight maybe twice.
