-added seeker drones (replacing medikit)
-combined flashlight augment with battery charger
-added automedic system utility
-stalker healing is now damage based
-stalker can now cause electronics to malfunction via scream/melee
-added convar for stalker selection mode
-many other small fixes and improvements
