- Fake Hope sprite updated
- Added costume for Fake Hope
- Changed The Glitched's starting items (removed Fake Hope) and some stats
- Added 2 custom tears: Glitched Tooth and Glitched Scythe, replacing Tough Love and Death's Touch tears

Fixed problem where every characters had the glitched tears

Added and changed stuff:
- The Glitched now starts with the Broken Modem, but without the costume
- New tears added, with a weird glitch effect and no "splats"
- Stats balanced
