v2.1 "Persian Rugs"
New flags for all the nations of the "1.23 Persia Update" which contain 29 new nations to the Persian, Middle-Eastern, Central Asian and Caucasian regions between starting nations and rebel nations.

EDITS:
Removed the Bohtan flag (now called Soran, which has another flag)
Changed flag of Aden because of the addition of Yemen

FIXES:
