Minor corrections to Engineer #16 and Soldier #215.

Shoutout to WOTC Random Soldier Info, which let's you rapidly spawn random Bio's on a soldier. This helped me identify and fix the following:

Fixed an array error which was preventing 36 Templar backgrounds from firing (since 2018, FML)

Removed !LastName string from several templates, fixing dual name instances like 'John John'

Fixed a string error with Female Soldier #210 entry which made it invisible.
Fixed a string error with Female Soldier #37 name reference showing code.

Fixed a typo within Male Templar #11
Fixed a pronoun in Female Soldier #76
Fixed a pronoun in Female Soldier #318



Rewrote Templar #26 to be more interesting.
Rewrote Soldier #275 to be less prose.

NEW: Soldier #325: Sects on the Beach
(I had a dream about surfing sectoids and needed to write about it)

A new logo I apparently made four years ago but never deployed.

Added a patch to make Birthdates WOTC and RM Advent Hybrids work together. This also enables my Hybrid stories to spawn correct age ranges (0-19 years).

Fixed a surprisingly large number of incorrect gender pronouns. It took multiple sweeps over several hours, but the gender identity confusion within stories is now resolved.

Fixed an issue with Soldier #81 Exalt Agent which prevented the male version of the story from firing.

Fixed an issue with Soldier #103 Drinking To Forget which prevented the female version of the story from firing.

Fixed an issue which was preventing a small cluster of stories from firing.

VERSION 7 IS NOW COMPLETE!

50+ hours of revision, 475 entries, 2160 lines of code. It took 6 weeks.

That was way more then I was expecting. That's it for this mod until XCOM 3! Happy holidays <3

Approx 100 Faction Hero rewrites, adding quirks and traits.

TLP made changes with how Hero Class Nationality is defined. Thus, Country! strings no longer worked, leaving a blank space in generated stories.

Removed all <XGParam:StrValue0/!CountryName/> references from Hero Backstory entries.

On reflection, I had under-estimated how incredibly weak the old Templar section was. I've enjoyed writing the new material for them, it's amazing how a year gives you much more insight and affection for a faction.

Completely rebuilt the RM_HybridSoldier section using the new Skirmisher entries. Removed all 'Skirmisher' and 'rip-jack' references.

Quietly dropped support for MOCX mod - the coding hooks were a duplicated mess due to how MOCX handles X2CharacterTemplate. I was injecting 500+ lines of code into the localization file for just 28 stories, taking up 1/5th of the entire mod.
