- Updated Steamworks to 15.0.1: solves UTF-8 problems and uploading hangs.
- Names and descriptions now are always fetched on English instead of current Steam language.
- Mod names are now editable along with descriptions.
- Default tags are now correctly parsed from .XComMod file.
- publishedFileId is now set in .XComMod file after creating an item, like in official uploader.
