-Fixed a skill class change with Fire, Berserker Battalion Yttrians that was causing a crash

Updated the Tiles for Vibro weapons and Laser Rifles in ObjectBlueprints.xml to the new names so they work fine.

Quick hotfix to bring PopulationTables.xml up to date and fix the stilt tents

Changes:

-Fixed laser rifle penetration
-Increased rarity tier for shredder bow
-Added Dynamic Headware tag to all helmets
-Fixed table calls in PopulationTables.xml, this should fix the Yttrian genotype. Special thanks to Crow for this
-Fixed a few changes to skill classes in Subtypes.xml that was causing crashes for those subtypes even after the above changes
-Minor changes to Genotypes.xml to bring it in line with current formatting

Potentially to come:

Ranged weapon balance pass
Armor balance pass
Other gear balance pass
Reworking ObjectBlueprints.xml to work like the new way the game does it (a folder with several files in)
Make a new list of what all the mod does
Get some sprites done for gear

Fixed a few other minors things that needed updated, disabled Psionic genotype until I can figure out how to work with the new character creation module

Mostly just cleared out a few duplicate lines as well as changed all instances of BaseCybernetics2Equipment_Xpoint to just BaseCyberneticsEquipment_Xpoint, in other words just removed the '2' in there, (which cybernetic objects would inherit) as this was changed in the game's code in the update.
