Added scripted scoring including development tiles and reserve cards

Fix the name of the game mode from "Checkers" to "A Handful of Stars"

Remove setup button when loading saves that have already been set up.

Add snap points to the sides of player displays for expanded reserves.

Setup fully scripted. A single click sets up everything except the players homeworld/colony. Black holes are placed in their correct positions.

Game components corrected (Previously players started with two 1 Energy/1 Matter cards instead of one 1 Energy/1 Matter card and one 1 Population/1 Research card.
