Keen changed the way projector offset and rotation are handled in projectors.
The nice simple, but probably obsacure way to do it was changed to a slightly more complicated but obvous approach.
This caused a silent failure that allowed the script to carry on but broke the function of the Cat-Oh-Lith.
This has been repaired.

Keen changed something that caused the projectors to forget their assigned blueprint when they were turned off
So now the projectors never turn off.

The alt and prim projectors are also now updated as the same time as the main projector so the projection is never placed over an active button. This stops the issue with projections hiding control surfaces. This wasn't needed before as the projectors were turned off but... sometimes game updates make things worse.

This update was delyed since I hoped Keen would fix this issue in their hotfix.
That didn't happen.

It now stops cycling when people arent near it.
And starts again when someone is near!
Also reduced it to a single programable block.
Also added entirely useful instructional text to all LCDs after the primary 4.

Appellant I forgot how the Program method works.
Repaired an issue that would result in the Cat-Oh-Lith breaking on world load.

Enabled sound, sensor and power management in secondary script.
Improved and added notes to primary script.
