Reworked Squaddie perks. Shredder has been moved to sergeant rank. extra mags has been placed in shredder's spot. Extra mags now gives an ammo slot.

Fixed a bug where cyclic fire was adding a bonus to aim instead of subtracting. Added support for the EWR mod.
