-Quick temp fix added healing Auro to Forward Assembly when upgrade with medics.

- British HQ now has medics
- British 17lbr Gun now has priotise vehicles ability.
- Stand fast reduced to 30 munitions from 40.
- British Buildable Flame Churchill working again.
- British Vanguard Flame Churchill is now cheaper.
- British Reinforcement Vehicles now have crew repairs if playing R.E.


BUGS:

- British Royal Engineer Crew Repair and Stand Fast ability no longer have command bar icons since the December update. They're supposed to still have passive icons and do in the base game but for some reason thet don't work in the mod. I can't work out why as none of these abilities had been modded. The abilities do however work as intended post December update.

-For some reason the Brit HQ medics are using the Soviet model. Equally odd is the forward assembly medics use the repair sapper model. Aid stations are really weird in this game and tbh I don't know if I can fix this quirk.

-The German concrete bunkers have a weird floating flag entity above them. Despite the fact the bunkers are set specifically to a state to hide this, they still show up in game and I can't figure out why.

-Working on adding Stand fast to forward assemblies and bunkers. The correct "boxes" have been ticked but it's still not working. I'll look into that more later.

Bofos also has Stand Fast (thanks to December patch breaking it)

Wrong B4 asset. Fixed.

-B4 Howitzer now has equal health to ML20.

-Various Fixes.-Less Reinforcements-British Recon Squad Re-added.
